The guest house entrance, at number 19 Chemin du Marronnier, has a large electric gate and stone wall. From across the way, there is a beautiful view over vineyards and the magnificent Pichon Baron chateau, where Pauillac’s second grand cru classé vintage wine is made.
A gravel driveway provides car parking space for our guests. From there, a path alongside the pool leads to the house.
The garden has many different trees, including a superb eucalyptus, as well as several arbours covered in climbing roses and wisteria.
In summer, dinner can be served outside, either on the terrace or in the garden. We have designed a few small outdoor areas in which to relax, and hammocks can be hung in the shade of trees.
